First Hitsugaya wallpaper.

The scan was taken from here: http://www.animepaper.net/gallery/scans/ tagged/item52134/

After extracting it, I made the background with a brush I found at DA.

I chose an Icy blue background since it's the kind of background that fits Hitsugaya Toushiro best and it also looks great.

The title was chosen related to the concept of the wall, which is Hitsugaya's wrath but I preferred "Ice wrath" as the title and then I added a little glow effect to the text.

After making the background, I blended a light blue layer on top of the rest of the layers to give a bright blue color to everything.

And finally, I placed some brushes on top and behind Hitsugaya to make him blend more with the background.
